This place is not even deserve 1 star. The customer service and the way they do business is terrible. I bought a refrigerator last 2 weeks, it had water leak and I had to return it. We came to the store in McDermott Dr, Allen and bought the new one, had the schedule for delivery on the next day. I have been waited until now, from Monday, and not see any delivery yet. It has been 4 days. We are trying to call the customer services and delivery department, but the way they are working is like trash, not helpful and friendly. They keep us on hold and even not answer the phone. I swear I never go to any Lowe's stores again and I SWEAR I will tell all my friends and my family about this, so they can stay away from Lowe's.
