I don't know what kind of training you give but the management is rude
I asked for a refund on 2 lattes, not happy with the size for the price I paid. A short Mexican lady spoke to the manager whom I think doesn't speak English because the short lady interpreted to her. They took my receipt and said no we will not refund you. I stated this is b.s. and I'm not leaving till I get a refund. They both walked away and the short lady said then you can stay there all night. A young man by the name of Jon gave the information to contact upper management. While standing there the crew was using fowl language. The supervisor did not come back to address me, They send this Jon,to hand me a my refund. This business is an embarrassment to the community and the staff is horrible. I wrote my whole experience on the Facebook page. I can't believe anyone would want there business represented with this kind of behavior. Also, try drug testing your staff, I would not be surprised at how many pop positive. My praises to the young man Jon, who seemed to be the only one with manners.
