I have been going to the Hooper Road Mc'Donalds for breakfast for a long time and it is nothing less than terrible.This has been ongoing. It is not that the workers are rude, that is not the problem from my experience. The problems are as follows: EXTREMELY slow, NO DIET COKE AT LEAST 50% OF THE TIME, the lobby doors being locked so customers cannot even go inside to order breakfast, if there is diet coke it is flat at least half of the time, a drive thru and lobby that takes FORVER, FOREVER, FOREVER, FOREVER even if only two cars or humans are present, getting refunded for diet coke after I have paid for it because all of a sudden when I get to the second drive thru window, there is NO DIET COKE. The manager (I guess) was on the phone when I arrived to get my drive thru order. The tells me diet coke is out-AGAIN. I want a refund, but I had to WAIT, WAIT, WAIT before I saw the manager go to back to get money for my refund. Luckily, it was only a couple of dollars but I could not WAIT, WAIT, WAIT any longer. I had to drive off so that I would not be late for work. Customers are fed up with this place This place continues to get worse. Urgent care needed. Now, breakfast is at home.
