I just had a very irritating experience with the Bolivar, MO McDonalds. I arrived at the location drive-up at approx. 1O:15 a.m. and didn't leave the location with my order until 10:35. First, it took some time to get up to place my order. They were very busy, so I understand that. However, once I arrive to get my order, my Latte was ready, but I was told my pancakes were being cooked and to pull up to the wait window, which I did. I counted 9 cars pull around me with their orders. I finally got out of my car to go in, and at that time met the employee with my order and someone else's. Then when I open my order at my office, the pancakes were not hot, there was no butter, and no napkins. Great having syrup without napkins. I ended up throwing away half of my order. This is not the first time I've been "forgotten" at a wait window or parking spot. It will be awhile before I go back, which is a shame because I always give any spare change to Ronald McDonald House.
