I went in the store in El Dorado Ar on Saturday sept 7, 2013 at 12:09, I Ordered 5 McChickens, 2 L Fries , 2 L Hi-Cs- 1 L Powerades and 5 S Waters. When I was done with my Order I waited about one Minute and my food was ready, went to my table and I Realized that I had Hot&Spicy McChickens and not the Regular none spicy... Now I live in Dallas and we have both Regular and Spicy McChickens, so when we say McChicken that Means Regular... I went back up to tell them that it was wrong, but the Gentlemen named Curtis Curly told me that They only have the the Hot&Spicy only, he Accommodated me in my Order because the lady should have told me that when I Ordered. Curtis Curly gave me five Regular Chicken Sandwiches at no Extra Charge and told me that it would be fresh and hot, to give him a Minute and it would be Right out.... This is what you call great Customer Service, some places have fallen Short on this... I just would like to take the time to tell McDonald's what a great Employee that you have working For you......!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
