I took my granddaughters for lunch. Ordered at counter was told place stand on table and meal would be brought out to table. After waiting 15 mins I went up to counter. Spoke with Ashley she said they lost ticket order and called out to make order, then she disapperead to back of store. After another 15 min I spoke with girl at register she went to back. A young man came out and proceeded to refund my moneys paid. I explained to him I did not ask for refund all I want is the food I ordered. He said the mgr said refund and that I will get ordered for also. After another 15 mins pass I see another mgr and explain the above. She in turn hands me a happy meal 1/2 complete and walks away. Then Ashley (the 1st mgr I spoke with) comes to front of store and yells out what a great job the staff is doing!! I got her attention I was steaming by this point gave her the 1/2 happy meal told her keep the rest or food ordered. She followed me out of store trying to correct. #1 errors happen all the time, being a mgr she should have followed threw to make sure corrected. Not just her 3 different people. I think this store needs some training of there managers.
