I thought since it was new, especially nice area that it wouldn't be the same ol' same ol'! First off the young crew are very polite! I've encountered the "people in charge", in charge of what? I've personally heard employees, the teens, being yelled at cussed out, and it's because they are waiting on food orders. There is RARELY enough workers, drive thru waits are between 15 and 20 minutes. My usual order only consists of a drink, that I have had to wait that long for. Most of that is because I get behind a car that acts like they have never seen or ordered from mcd's before. Then they are the ones yelling because order is wrong??? One kid today served me and his pants were below his butt!!! There have been a couple of workers that are so sweet, polite, courteous and friendly, and they need to bail this quickly sinking ship!!! One young woman, in particular is the best, African American light skinned, I think her name starts with a K. Then there is a teen caucasion young man that wears a black striped shirt that I see in drive thru, front counter, even seen him mopping while everybody else was just standing and watching him. Fries are never fully cooked, I've had to stop getting the tea because it's TERRIBLE! What prompted me to write this today is because, I've been told and shown who the lady in charge or I guess manager is. She was completely a crabbie to the very sweet young African American who waited on me. I worked at mcd's some 20+ yrs ago. I cannot believe how management talks too, plus how they allow customers to talk to the crew as well! Refuse service! Food is way way below other mcd's a few miles away! Stay away!! They don't have enough people, they all quit because of how they get treated. Food is cold, undercooked or just plain doesn't taste right! I hope the kids and woman that I've given their due recognition get this. I can see this mickey d's going down quick. Unless a who is in charge change happens in a hurry... I mean fast!!! Like to the young woman whose name I swear starts with a k, she is a higher rank of some sort, she could probably undue the damage done in just 5 months!!!!
