It's very sad that the drive-thru employees get treated and talked to the way the manager on duty did...she had short salt and pepper hair..I go to this Mcdonald's at least once a day...on 4/2/2013 I ordered my food with a large coke...paid received my food but they were out of coke..I didn't want anything else because that's the main reason I do come there..so the nice drive thru girls tried to ask the manager to get a refund..the manager was very rude to them they just looked at me and didn't know what to do...then the manager tells them to park me for my refund...I had no time for that..I'm not stupid or dumb I worked at Franklin and Springboro Mcdonald's for 12 years..all you have to do is change the tank in the back...so of course still no refund...the managers they hire get worse and worse...I've been going to this Mcdonald's for over 20 years...I have about $100 in food credit which I never use because it seems to be such a hassle for you hateful managers..
