The Pelham, AL location has delivered an overall great experience the day shift. Actually, they are awesome! I come almost every day for coffee. This evening at about 4:30 pm the service was very good from the gentleman at the window for payment. The 2nd window for food was AWFUL. They were very rude. I wanted to pass this along because I was so impressed on the progress in their level of customer serrvice. I hate to see that it's not consistent for all shifts. Thank you
