Had another bad experience at this store this morning. Ordered a sausage biscuit and an order of hash rounds. When I finally got to window, gave employee $10.12 to get $8 change back. Finally got the order, but not the $8 change. A different employee came to register. I got her attention and told her the other employee did not give me my change. She seemed frustrated; said the other employee that was helping me just gave her a handful of money!!!I told her all I wanted was my change so I could go to work. She left and did not come back;(in the meantime, cars are in line behind me as well. I finally got someone's attention by blowing my horn; and another employee stated that the second employee was getting my money. (wow)!! I told them that this situation was ridiculous, I need to get to work and that I had been there in line waiting way too long. I HATE going to this McDonald's location. THE SERVICE IS LOUSY!!!!!And, when I got to work in Wilmington, opened my bag, I only had one hash round instead of 2. "ARE YOU KIDDING ME"????I called back and spoke to Megan, the manager. she stated that sometimes a customer is given one hash round and sometimes they are given 2. (WOW)!!!I told Megan that I ordered a s. biscuit and an order of hash rounds. I expected 2 hash rounds! She never offered to tell me that I could come back and get an order of hash rounds. I HAD TO ASK!!! I live in Burgaw, but I work in Wilmington. The only reason that I go to this location is because the Wrightsboro location is under construction. The Rocky Point store could take some pointers from the Wrightsboro store. Very quick, efficient, and professional. If this store does not make some radical changes for the better, they are going down the
tube. (PS: Several weeks ago, I was in line so long at the drive thru, that I had to just get out of line and leave; and several other customers did the same thing!!!) This McDonald's location need IMMEDIATE HELP!!!!!!
