I went on my mobile app and so did my husband. We were curbside number 4 and waited for 25 minutes. While we were waiting we got an iced coffee each. I talked to the manager meredith and explained we were still waiting. Her response was that it didnt ho through. My husband showed her the receipt and she still wouldnt honor our order. We were told to go through the app. I called and spoke to another manager katarina who said the receipt wasn't proof enough and she would have to issue a refund. Which I do t understand if they didnt get my order how do they request a refund. So it's the end of the day and money is out of my bank and no food. The managers are very unprofessional and uneducated. And the last manager gave me a corporate number for Jack in the box.
