Wife and I visit the 40th ave McDonald's several times a week. Over the last four or five weeks we have noticed how errors have increased. Two of the primary issues are my wife is allergic to milk and we order her items with no cheese. 65% of the time they get it right. The other item is we drink a lot of tea. My wife orders 1/2 cut and I unsweetened. Typically this is correct 85% of the time. Over the last few weeks though, my unsweetened tea is sweetened 6 out of the last 7 times. Not cool. Good thing I am not a diabetic. All I am asking is that the errors become less and that statistics reverse or become even better. We know you have some good people there, but just slow down and read the order. (Tea mistakes are typically in the drive through)
