The Hours of Operation for this location is posted online and on their store door of 8am-5pm. However, do not show up at 1:22pm on a Tuesday, because they did not find it necessary to be open as advertised. I had gone way out of my way to go to this location to return equipment, but they were closed. How can that be!
Additionally, the previous time I visited this location, I found the Mediacom employee sitting on the curb outside the door smoking a cigarette during normal business hours.
Apparently, face-to-face Mediacom customer service is no better than over the phone or internet.
