I honestly would think Metro PCS would care more about how their customers are treated by authorized dealers in order to keep loyal customers... Such a shame! You would also think that tge owners of these independent authorized dealers would want to keep customers in their area to continue to return to support their bussiness! NOT THE CASE AT THE SOUTHSIDE AND BAYMEADOWS LOCATION!!! AVOID THIS METRO PCS STORE AT ALL COST!!!!!!!

WORST SERVICE EVER!!!!! DO NOT GO TO THIS AUTHORIZED DEALER! If you have any problems they could cate less and James the manager is terrible!!! We are trying to find the number to the owner of this location to complain!!! NEVER EVER GIVE THIS LOCATION YOUR BUSINESS!!!!!!!!
