I live across Union st a "neighbor". This morning alone I watched three of your trucks blow right thru the stop signs at 14th and emerald. I have a granddaughter that I walk thru that intersection to school. This behavior surprises me from UPS

Ay everybody isn't like that tho there I work hard make sure I sort everything to get it out I'm sure it's just the person that was there at the time but my shift isn't like that we don't play we do what we gotta do get in and get out but in advance ask for roberto next time Ben don't care cuz he getting paid regardless but sorry u had to experience that on behalf of our company.

Horrible service from a supervisor by the name Ben that I spoke to on Sat May 14th at 10:20am. He was calling me back to let me know that my package that they did not deliver after me staying home for two days. Would not be available for pick up today after I was told yesterday that I could pick it up between 10am and 1pm. I have been trying to get my package for the last three days and each time I was promised to get it. Ben the supervisor was very nasty and lacked customer service and told me he could not talk long with because he had another call to take. I said I am sorry but you are calling me for the third time to change my pick up info. So I would think that you would try to assist me since it is UPS fault that I do not have my package. He said you can complain to the corporate office and hung up the phone on me. WOW I could not believe that he is a supervisor and that he hung up the phone on me. I still do not have my package and I will make sure that I tell the senders of my packages to never use UPS. The faculty that he was at is the Chicago Jefferson Street Location.

UPS employs LIARS at the Jefferson Street location. They posted that I said I did not place an order with Dell and refused the delivery!!!! I was at the Jefferson facility to pick up the order after being lied to in a chat (which I printed out and showed to the manager) and manager Benjamin Zweig talked to me stating there was nothing he could do. Well----there certainly is a LOT I can do.....
I formally placed a complaint with Dell regarding UPS, and I hope eventually Dell will break its contract with UPS.

Worst Experience ever. I was in the immediate area on my floor and no pick up attempt was made. I get a e-mail message and call and was told OH, we came and the package wasn't ready. I was then told I could go to the location and I get there and I'm told, Oh, NO, we can't help you here and only this one driver has the label needed to go on your package. HOW is this possible? I call the 800 number, OH, we can't help you. I WILL NEVER DEAL With them directly and had it not been for the fact that the company I'm dealing with used them, I WOULD NOT be dealing with them now. STAY AWAY from this location.

This location is lazy, and incompetent. Never have I experienced such a blatant disregard for the privilege of employment. The drivers lie, the manager supports their lies, and the company as a whole has a consistent track record of dishonesty, and poor service.
