Please Change Your System With Te Automatic Personal Signatures! It's Like Identity Theft And Needs To Be Changed Back To Where The Individual Personally Signs Their Name! I Am The Mail Clerk For My Office Not The Mail Center Which We Do Have That Disburses Mail To The Places That They Suppose To Go Other Than My Office! Instead Of Me Getting The Mail For My Office Only, My Signature Is Being Use For Mail That Also Dosen't Belongs To My Office! This Is Not Fair And It's Wasn't A Good Professional Decison! I Do Not Want My Name Used For Packages That Do Not Belong To My Specific Location! What If I'm Not At Work That Day, But Mail And Packages Are Still Being Dropped Off In My Name! Please Fix This!!!

I want to know why I received an update for the package to be delivered earlier and I've had someone at home "all" day and still no delivery. I have a camera on my house as well. This is ridiculous. Why send an update if you're not going to deliver the package in a timely manner. Knock at the door or ring the doorebell if you think by chance no one is at home! A car gone doesn't mean there is no one at home! Been here all darn day!

I'm wanting to file a complaint on the delivery person for the below address. I recently had a package that never appeared. The first of this week I had a delivery on a replacement for the one that was lost. Your driver threw the package over my front yard fence about 10 feet from the road and thirty feet from the house. I stopped a driver yesterday and told the man not to place the package there. He told me he was not the regular driver but would pass the word. Today I received a package with expensive boots and again they were thrown over the fence. PLEASE ASK THE DRIVER TO PLACE PACKAGES AT THE CARPORT DOOR. I'm sure the package that disappeared was stolen because we live by the school and kids pass the house twice a day.

Afternoon I received a package today and the driver pull the truck into my driveway and toss the package out the door on to grass beside the garage door. Thinks that I can not pick up my item at this location. I guess since the sender didn't pay for two day delivery I can't pick it up and it will sit another day in your facility. But Hey, I'll wait until tomorrow so your driver will have to spend the time to deliver it instead of myself picking up today... such bs.
