this is not just on this store . i received a damaged package on thursday 2-27. i contacted you guys and you told me they would pick it up with damaged tag on friday at 2:00pm i waited till 5:00pm then had to leave for work. i returnede it monday to a ups store where they informed me it would be fine. i then received another part all tore up. the driver had a ticket for damaged parts but this was not the part . so now they tell me it shipped from kennewick ( thats where i mailed it from ) to me again still no one can figure out where it is no tracking numbers no real help at all. noe they say it will be her between 8:00 am and 8:00 pm . once again i have to go to work asked if they could call aqhead of time answer was no. It doesnt seem like any one knows what there doing or really cares alot of attitude on the phone. i know no one will care about this or doe anything about it but i feel better and as of now i bweleive ill us fedex whether ite more exspensive or takes longer msybe i wont have to go round and round with incompetant people . have a nice day i wont youve pretty whell screwed my day up
