The route drivers or someone is just taking it upon themselves to not do deliveries when they don't feel like it. South Indian River County Florida.
Wait all day for 2 days and the damn truck doesn't even come through the area unless they fell like earning their wages. Something is way wrong here.

I was notified through my tracking number that a package was scheduled for delivery on Monday. Since this is a case of wine, someone over 21 has to be at home to sign for the delivery. I waited all day Monday, no delivery, no notification of rescheduling. I waited all day Tuesday, again, no delivery and no notification. On Wednesday, I tried calling the local UPS depot, but the phone just rang and no one ever answered. It is mid day Wednesday, I have not received my package nor have any communication from UPS as to when I may expect delivery. This is a case of fairly expensive wine that may be sitting in a hot truck, I live in central Florida, and the temperature has been 80 degrees, if they think that I am going to wait another minute to receive a case of wine which may be spoiled because of their negligence, they are mistaken. They can send this box back to California at their expense.

I would just like to take a moment to thank the UPS driver that helped me when I fell outside today in Park Place in Sebastian he was wonderful and stopped and really saved my life and I just want to thank him and be sure and tell his boss and everybody who works with what a great guy he was and again please Panama on the back and say good job buddy

Does Not Deliver Packages When They Are Scheduled - I Had Some Safety Equipment That Was Suppose To Be Delivered By 10:30 Am Friday & Was Not Delivered - Tried Calling And Was Told That It Wasnt Delivered Due To Bad Weather - Its Very Strange Because I Had 2 Other Ups Delivers. Now I Am Being Told That I Will Not Receive Anything Until Monday Sometime. This Is Not Acceptable - I Now Have People That Are Unable To Work Due To Not Having Any Safety Equipment.
