worst customer service ever. phone to office locations do not work and 800 customer service didn't know if location was open then disconnected me on second attempt. finally gave up and drove to the office to see the office closed sign. you would think a communications company would be able to update websites to reflect accurate office hours. i'm switching to verizon!!

This location is NOT open until 5:00 on Saturdays - it closes at 1:00!

Again, the hours are VERY wrong here. It's incredibly frustrating because I saw this and was so happy I could pick up my equipment but once I got there it clearly says 9-6pm. Most people work those hours. Why would they not have one late night??

Please update the hours on this website. They are incorrect. Comcast was not open at 7am. The hours on the door state 9am - 6pm. VERY inconvinent.
