I shop in your store alot for my job. I don't always get the best customer service but Tom in hardwear always goes above and beyond to make sure the customers are satisfied.
I called in the store the other day to see if you had an item in stock, I got him on the phone and he was as perfessional on the phone as he is in person. Please pass on the kind words to him.....we don't hear " good comments " anymore.
