First, mediacom service is far below other providers, cheaper but not worth it. So I cancelled and was told you have to return equipment two cities away cause we closed our shop in your town (which the mayor has even gripped about publically). So I look it up and so they give hours of operation--NO. I get here at 1:15pm and the door says open 8-5 but then a typed sign says closed 1-2 pm each day. There are over 15 trucks and cars here! Can't someone cover during lunch? They don't know the meaning of service!

Right now I'm not happy with Medicom services. Our tv/cable was out this morning and when I called at 5:25am a customer service representative did try and fix it ny rebooting it. But then told me someone would be out to check ot on September 7th! I was like what??? Well about 2hrs later thank goodness it came back on, but not our DVR, and I can't get anyone on the phone to just answer a question. It keeps sayn we know about the outage in your area. PLEASE someone at Medicom just contact me PLEASE
