First came into a room full of patients, I asked if they received my paperwork to which the response was I will check from the older gray haired woman. Then she comes back and asked across the waiting room full of patients (my full name) and what is your date of birth. Positive that is a HIPPA Violation. After sitting in the waiting room with these 6 people for about 45 minutes to an hour I was told that appointments are first well in my best calculations there were only 3 appointments, so I mentioned this to the gray haired lady, she rolled her eyes. Then the large bald guy made ugly sarcastic comments, like yall better get moving and chop chop so I could hear. Once I made my comments it was a miracle the waiting room cleared in about 25 minutes this was amazing. I go back with the large bald guy and the sarcasim continued. I have a very large bruise on my arm. My neighbor who is a phlebotomist said this was intentional he drew my blood all the way on the side of my arm which caused the very large bruise. I have never bruised before and have had my blood drawn here before. I find it very unprofessional for someone in the medical profession to on purpose cause harm because you are upset with a patient. I will never return to this Quest again. Completely unprofessional. Not only that but the large bald guy stated rude and unprofessional comments about Lab Corp and that all of the Lab Corp patients come to this Quest location.
