Gone there many many times, they have the same people working. I've been disappointed with the hairstylist.
I took in 4 pics of a simple bob and all I got was a hear full of the hairdresser private life story. She was a nice lady but I did not get the hairstyle I asked for. ..all I got was a straight cut and inches taken off.
Last week I took my teenage daughter to get a hair trim ,when I asked Ruby, the hairdresser how long she's been cutting hair , she got insulted by my question , she wasn't friendly just there not to please the client but to collect a pay for it. My daughter had long hair down to her back , Mrs. Ruby was very rough on brushing it, this happen over and over. She also complaint about what time it was because of the she was still there cutting hair after 5. Her focused was also the front door , every time the door opened she would loose focus in the person she was cutting hair . Not satisfied client

Anyone thinking about getting your haircut here, you need to RUN!!! The staff doesn't know how to cut hair other then a trim. I had a coupon for $5.00 off to get basic haircut shampoo and blowdry for $14.95...there never washed my hair, didn't cut my hair the way I wanted...For 2 haircuts for my daughter and I came to $72.00 before coupons per the cashier - and with the coupons $52.00 ( which is mathematically wrong- when you take $10.00 off ) when I asked why they charged me so much she said that they charge more for long hair I asked her how much she charged me for the reg hair cut they have a sign for 20.95 for wash haircut and blowdry because they didn't wash my hair, she wouldn't answer me she I called the complaint line 3 times for the manager to call me back about my service...NOONE called back I dont mind paying for a good haircut at the fancy salons, I was on a budget and it was my b day and I thought I would try them out....NEVER AGAIN They obviously take your money and don't care about customer service
