This location is plagued with incompetent employees. They have provided me with faulty equipment twice now and failed to even apologize for wasting my time. I pay over $200 a month to watch
TV, 20% of the time I have issue with the cable.

Omg... mid day on a Wednesday to alter my service that they automatically changed to have 36 people in front of me in line. I know this because of their new pull a number system.... prices continue to rise as service continues to fall...
