Absolutely WORST customer service in the industry, lost my phone and email for FOUR days and could NOT get a human on the phone. I am switching everything over to Spectrum.

It Doesn't Exist. A Seemingly Helpful Person I Was Speaking To On The Phone Supposedly Ordered A Modem For Me To Pick Up At This Not-location.
