Your drivers are bozos who cannot read a map. Twice in 2 weeks we have missed important and timely packages because your driver can't find the address and assumes that the address on the package is wrong instead of realizing that he is a fool who is on the wrong street. It doesn't help that your misnamed customer service HAS A number answered in UTAH and that your people there are equally stupid. Yours is a cruddy, ill-run company, unable to properly handle a simple delivery business after all these years. You should start sending your packages by FedEX.
