Where are the hours of operation? Someone made the decision to close this facility for FIVE hours a day from 11 to 4. THERE ARE PEOPLE WORKING INSIDE, can they not step to the front to wait on a customer? This is dumb. Note: FedEx doesn't close their main shipping center during the day. What a total lack of customer service!
