Why is noone fixing this cable ,it has been out for 12 hours . Constantly ,there are error codes ,customer service doesn't even know what they are. 12 hours that's right twelve hours and not one truck out at the lines .contact number doesn't work. Nothing but dial up sounds .,WHO IS RUNNING THIS LOCATION...INFANTS!?. Fairfield rd. Plymouth meeting pa.fix the lines. Fios is looking better & better.

I have had the most disruptive and frustrating experience with Comcast. This location never answers the phone and when I call the customer service number for Comcast I get transferred around multiple times each rep asking the same questions. I had a salesman come to my door and presented a wonderful package which I was going to have installed only to find out that the salesman doesn't work for comcast anymore, the line was never installed, and my phone number was ported to a state which made it impossible to get it back. It has been over a month without a home phone which I use for work. And when I ask to speak to a supervisor, the phone mysteriously cuts out or I get disconnected. It has been the most frustrating experience and as a result I would never recommend their services... beyond the sales call they are incapable of fulfilling the order. My advice....never port a phone number before the service is active and if you don't already have comcast... the sweet deal they promise you is not worth the aggravation apparently necessary in order to set it up.

This location sucks .... the phone rings once and you get voice mail ...... Why is it that customer service with Comcast is so flippin horrendous / horrible???? I have a problem with my bill, can't get Customer Service to answer my questions, this number doesn't answer the phone, but Comcast is going to shut off my service if I don't get the issue resolved. Seriously????
