I am a new customer for almost a year now. I have yet to receive a bill that is correct. Phone conversations end up in a loop. Tv is fair and billing is outrageous. What gives with this company? I have to get these bills resolved soon!!!!!

I've been trying to get internet tv and phone from comcast since June. I bought a rental villa and MUST HAVE these services for the rental. I called every day through July and was told I was on the priority list. This is September and I am back home in the Virgin Islands. There are no phone numbers that work. no assistance on line. I thought I was living in a 3rd world environment on an island, but comcast is an absolute nightmare. No one has bothered to help get these services and NONE OF YOUR PHONE NUMBERS WORK. If this is being put on the priority list how much longer til I get service????????????????????????

I came by tonight o simply pick up equipment and was there at 645 and had the doors locked in my face. The hours posted online and when I called state that the location was open until 9pm.

I called the 1 800 # and getting an overseas agent, I asked to speak to an American and they told me they couldn't connect me and to call 1 800 again. Another call I was hung up on, and finally after 23 minutes, I called the local Fruitville Rd # and still I'm not sure if I received a representative from the US. My biggest issue that I find upsetting is when you get basic cable you receive Spanish channels. You already have limited channels but to include Spanish channels for Americans, I find it insulting, Un American, and discrimination. Obvious, the rep couldn't address that issue!

This advertisement says that the Sarasota, Fruitville location is open until 9pm on Friday. I was at the office before 7pm and a man was turning the sign that the office is closed. You need some co-ordination with marketing and reality. Shame on you for deceiving your customer.
