I am a regular customer at this Good Will Location. The store is kept very neat and organized. Saira O. the manager is a very dedicated, hard working individual. She is ALWAYS on the floor working with her staff and interacting with customers. Saira has by far made many improvements since becoming manager of this location. I have been a life long customer and look forward to shopping for more quality goods from GoodWill.

I am a customer at the Goodwill in Rt.9 in Wappingers Falls NY since it opened up and it was a pleasure to go to, but the aura of the store is not the same ever since a manager by the name of Sara was hired. I was appaulled at how very rude she was to the staff members and to the customers as well. She was very unprofessional and quite frankly the store has lost quite ALOT of customers because of this employee you have working for your company. Every one else in the store is wonderful and very helpful. If you do not wish to keep losing customers, then you need to replace this manager and TAKE HEAD to what customers are writing to you about as this is not the first complaint,and we the customers feel that something needs to be done as soon as possible!!!!

Goodwill is losing a lot of customers due to a very rude manager by the name of Saria Olivencia. She is not manager material, does
not know how to speak to customers in a pleasant manner. I am a regular customer there and I can tell you that she is by far the WORST!!! manager in the facility. How can a company hire a person like that!!! I as many of the customers that shop there feel that she should not have that position, there has been various complaints against her and how is it that she is still working in your company. We will go to corporate and file a complaint against Saira Olivencia and by ALL means take it further!!! WE want her out of the facility as she IS NOT a good asset to your company. Trust in your customers who shop at this location, that if she is not removed as soon as possible, there will be consequences!!!
