Doors locked before closing at 4. Employee walks out to leave at 4:01 and tells me they're closed! (Who walks out of their job 1 minute after closing unless they don't lock up early?) There were 2 other employees in there, one with a customer and she sees me at the door! So frustrating to make the drive there and not get in although it was right at closing. I sat in my car fuming and looking online to write a review. At 4:08 a tech lets the customer out and I asked the tech why they closed early? She wasn't aware what time someone locked the door. Still sitting in my car looking for a site to write a review, the Tech comes out to the car and said she called her supervisor to ask permission to allow me to come in since it was after hours, because she was going to be there a while longer. THAT'S what makes this world a better place. She recognized that a person has made the effort to come there and she cared enough to try to accommodate them. THANK YOU!
