Also called to see if they were open on Veterans Day and the person basically said he didn't know. how on earth can you work in customer service and not know your stores hours. Seems like they were in another office out of state. Spectrum you need to update your system if you can't answer simple questions why the hell would we want to keep your service. -5 stars.

Called to ask if they were open on Veterans day and all I got was a animated retard that wouldn't let me talk to a real person that is in the Chicago St office. Everyone they connected you to is from out of state. YOU ARE OF NO HELP TO THE GENERAL PUBLIC!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The people that pay for your services are real and should be able to talk to a real person not some recording
