I agree with above. Customer service is poor at best. Trying to contact by phone is a major project. This is such a major bit of information-- again it shows how little this company thinks about it customers.

It would be a great help to post hours of operation for this location, since no one answers the phone,so as to not waste a trip and gas!!!!!!!!!!!!!
