I was talked into changing from my home account to your business account by Chris Spoelker so we would change our business account from AT&T to Spectrum. They came out and changed everything at my home and nothing we had worked correctly from that point on. We dropped our home telephone also, as again, we were told we would go from around $200 per month to $130 at home, and we'd save about $10 per month on our business number. I called to change everything back and was now told my account would run $311.41 per month. I called Chris and he said he didn't understand what I was talking about and that he had no idea we wanted the same things as before. That's not true as we said we didn't want to loose anything. He then said I was being rude to him and he was doing me a favor by even talking to me as it was his lunch hour. I wanted some help from him and he hung up on me three times in front of my wife. He said he'd talk to her as she was sweet and he didn't know how she ended up with me! Everytime I ask for his supervisor's name and number and he refused to give it to me. Then he called back and said his name was Mike Sharp and gave me his number. He also said he was calling Mike before I could to tell him what was going on. I called the number and got Mike's voice mail. I left a message but have not heard back from him. I called the number listed for this address and also got a recording. I cannot believe just how phoney Chris turned out to be as he was so professional and nice when he signed us up. All we want is to get our account back and not be charged for a telephone as we no longer have it.
