I have tried to cancel the service for days, thought it was canceled to only find out it was not when I got a bill from TWC. Now to stop the bill they tell me I have to bring there box's back to them, I wish the first rep would have told me that. Now I am trying to find out the office hours of their Louisville TWC office, but guess what, no hours listed. After pushing buttons for 10 minutes trying to reach a human I was cut off. When trying to cancel, the TWC Rep was throwing the deals at me to save me money, how about charge a fair price from the start. How frustrating - and I still don't know the hours, please let this be over.

I did not think that insight was great but twc makes them look like a Micky Mouse organization. There service is lousy. They get paid by companies to air their commercials and them charge us to watch them. If something doesn't change they will be looking me to att.

Why wouldn't you have the hours on the web page. I just spent 25 minutes of my time on the phone on hold and listening to recorded messages before I could speak with a human!!!! Poor service.

Just trying to find the store/office hours, and you don't publish those?? There is to much advertisement and clutter on you web pages, even when I call all I get is ads, ads, ads, always trying to sell something. It's very irritating. I will be glad to go to Direct TV.
