Hours on Saturday state close at 5:00 pm. Hours at the store show closing at 1:00 pm. Went at 3:30 today, Saturday, July 7, 2018 . . . . NOT HAPPY! PLEASE UPDATE YOUR WEBSITE!!!

Customer service sucks! Had my cable line ripped off my house from a tree branch. For 6 days now I have no cable Internet or phone! Every day I call and they tell me they will be here tomorrow to fix it! After 6 days still no one comes. Just more lies from them!!!! I am ready to cancel cable and go do dish!!!! Same with my family and friends!!!!! Comcast needs to get in together!!!!!!!!

Don't EVER go here!
Been twice, for two very simple tasks. 1 was to transfer the account from the previous owner to myself. We submitted the paperwork right in the office there and yet they were too incompetent to actually put it into the system. The entire account was still under the previous account holders name (who wasn't pleased since it was taking out automatic payments) and I had to call SIX times to get it straightened out in varies ways. Could not create an online account because there was still the account from the previous owner that was not switched over. The second trip was even more frustrating because I had gone back to return the boxes from the tv service(that we had canceled on the first trip) because you have 30 days to return them. At the time, it seemed fine, but when I looked at the bill for the end of the month, they had never put them in the system so were going to charge me for it! Still getting that resolved... but seriously, go anywhere else. ANYWHERE.

They open at8:30 I just drove there to make a payment to find out not open till 830. All is good,still love Comcast

Good luck trying to get through to the Concord, NH number, or get any kind of help at all. The customer service sucks.
