I went in 8/3 to return a box that wasn't working. Got it and the rep talked me into getting their service instead of keeping Verison. Only $30/mth. She then talked me into a new phone for $249.99. Long story short, it was taking hours to do the deal and transfer all pics and texts from old phone to new. She told me to come back in an hour. Did so. Still 45 mins left. So I told her I would finish it at home. 3 days later (yesterday), I opened the empty box that has my receipts in it. I was charged for a $449.99 phone. $200 more than what I agree to. She even said $6 a month on my bill to pay for it. I am now getting charged $12/mth for the new phone. She KNEW what she was doing. Being deceitful! They must get commission from their sales. I am so disappointed. To add insult to the injury,I called the local #s (two are listed....485-1700 and 252-6299). I let it ring and ring, called back, ring and ring. Never did get a person on the phone. The 800 # I called yesterday told me to take it back in and keep my old phone then. He was short and rude with me.

Cable, internet and phone in our entire neighborhood in Parkersburg,WV has been going in and out for two weeks now. I have had two service calls scheduled and am waiting on the second. Just found out the problem is not with my house, but with every one else, as well. Called the 800 number and they would not give me the number to my local Suddenlink office, but did change my call ticket to indicate that the problem is with the entire neighborhood. What a cluster...all this took me two hours.

Tried to call local 7th Street Parkersburg office and spoke to two different reps from Tyler Texas, Travis and Calanda. Terrible service! $200 a month to Suddenlink and their customer service is terrible. Calanda in sales laughed at my plight and passed me on to a tech ignoring my plea for her name. Rude and terrible service. Suddenlink is great until you have to call into the office then you get the run around.

I had my cable hooked up Saturday but my internet didn't get hooked up it's saying not connected so my son came down and he said I needed a cable or cord to run from my computer to the box Is this true if so what do I do
